The New England Patriots’ wide receiver position has been one of constant turnover this year going all the way to the offseason. However, it appears that more stable times are ahead. Not only did the team invest a second-round draft pick to acquire Mohamed Sanu via trade from the Atlanta Falcons, the Patriots also just got the 32nd overall selection of the 2019 NFL draft back from an eight-week stint on injured reserve.
That’s right, N’Keal Harry is back on New England’s 53-man roster. The team activated the 21-year-old earlier today, adding considerable upside and size to a wide receiver group that has missed both since Josh Gordon was placed on injured reserve with the intention of later getting waived off the list. While it remains to be seen how Harry’s impact will look like, his potential in the Patriots’ system cannot be underestimated.
Tomorrow against the Baltimore Ravens, this potential will likely be on display for the first time — which makes now the perfect time to invest in a N’Keal Harry jersey: the first-round rookie’s debut alongside Tom Brady is just around the corner, after all.
