When the New England Patriots play the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, not all of the eyes will be glued to the action on the football field. After all, the NFL’s “My Cause, My Cleats” initiative is entering its fourth year and 25 members of the Patriots — including head coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady — will participate and wear customized cleats to show support for a charitable organization of their choice.

Here is a list of the foundations and causes that will be honored during this week’s game (click on the links next to the names to find out more and contribute):

Some of the cleats will be auctioned off. For more information, please visit the Patriots’ website.
