The New England Patriots have made their second pick of the 2019 NFL draft: after trading up to the 45th overall selection, the reigning world champions selected cornerback JoeJuan Williams.

Quick-hit analysis: Originally projected as an early mid-round selection, Williams is a physical cornerback that has a promising athletic skill set.
