The New England Patriots return to work today, and they will not be alone: the reigning world champions continue their joint practices with the Detroit Lions. Today, the two teams will hold their final session alongside each other leading up to Thursday’s preseason opener. Keeping that in mind, it would not be a surprise if today’s session turned out to be a lighter one than Monday’s or Tuesday’s.
