Welcome to this week’s Pats Pulpit postgame show, where Brian Phillips will talk about the New England Patriots’ 30-14 victory against the New York Jets.
The Patriots started the game quickly, by forcing a three-and-out and immediately jumping to a 6-0 lead. New England continued to look sharp on both sides of the ball for the rest of the first half, entering the locker room up 20-0. The second half was a bit sloppier for the team: while it did add 10 more points to its total, the offense and special teams units surrendered touchdowns to finalize the 30-14 score.
