Earlier today, the Oakland Raiders have released wide receiver Antonio Brown. Now, he has found a new home: according to multiple media reports, the 31-year-old will join the New England Patriots on a one-year deal worth up to $15 million. Needless to say that Brown immediately becomes a starting wide receiver for the Patriots alongside Julian Edelman and Josh Gordon. Quite the group.
Brown has confirmed the signing shortly after reports broke:

With Brown now in the fold, the Patriots’ pass catching group might now very well be the best in all of football — not just because of Brown, Edelman and Gordon but also because of other options like running back James White and wide receiver Demaryius Thomas. If this group lives up to its potential, the NFL better watch out.
We will have more on the signing moving forward but for now let’s just say this quickly: wow.
