Welcome to the fifth week of the NFL’s 2020 regular season. While it remains to be seen how the Coronavirus pandemic impacts the game scheduled for the weekend, the first one will take place tonight as planned. And it will be one New England Patriots fans will take a close eye on: Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski and their Tampa Bay Buccaneers will visit the Chicago Bears in a matchup of 3-1 teams.

With that all said, here’s how you can watch the game and who you should root for.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-1) at Chicago Bears (3-1)

When: 8:20 p.m. ET

Where: Soldier Field, Chicago IL

Television: Fox/NFL Network

Live streaming: fuboTV (Try for free here!)

SB Nation coverage: Bucs Nation (Buccaneers), Windy City Gridiron (Bears)

Patriots rooting guide: Go... Bears? Rooting for Tom Brady is always the correct thing to do, but Patriots fans could also go with Chicago tonight. The reason: strength of schedule and the AFC’s playoff picture. The Buccaneers, after all, are also on the Kansas City Chiefs’ schedule and a win would help boost the club’s strength of schedule — a potential tiebreaker. While it seems unlikely that New England will end up leapfrogging the Chiefs in the standings following Monday night’s game between the two clubs, crazier things have happened in the NFL than the playoff seeding coming down to a tiebreaker like this.
