The New England Patriots took to the UCLA practice fields Tuesday in preparation for the Los Angeles Rams.
And 14 members of the active roster would remain listed as limited participants for it, while neither New England nor Los Angeles had a player sidelined.
Here’s the second injury report ahead of Thursday’s 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff at SoFi Stadium.
LIMITED PARTICIPATION
- Patriots: QB Cam Newton (abdomen), RB J.J. Taylor (quadricep), FB Jakob Johnson (knee), WR Matthew Slater (knee), TE Ryan Izzo (hamstring/hand/neck), G Shaq Mason (calf), DT Lawrence Guy (shoulder), DT Adam Butler (shoulder), DT Byron Cowart (back), LB Ja’Whaun Bentley (groin), CB J.C. Jackson (hip/knee), CB Jonathan Jones (neck), S Kyle Dugger (toe), K Nick Folk (back)
- Rams: RB Cam Akers (shoulder), DE Michael Brockers (neck), LB Terrell Lewis (knee)
The Patriots had listed 14 as partial participants on Monday’s projected injury report, and that held true on Tuesday. Izzo at tight end, as well as Jackson and Jones in the secondary, had exited Sunday’s 45-0 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.
As for the Rams of Los Angeles, a pair were upgraded to limited. Lewis, the third-round Alabama product, stayed in that capacity due to a knee ailment.
FULL PARTICIPATION
- Patriots: no players listed
- Rams: C Brian Allen (knee)
The remainder of the New England 53-man roster had full availability on Tuesday.
So did Allen, a nine nine-game starter for the Los Angeles offensive line last season who awaits his initial snaps of 2020.
