The New England Patriots began the abbreviated week with 14 limited and will end it with 14 limited.
Those members of the New England active roster are now questionable for Thursday’s matchup with the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium, while neither side has ruled a player as doubtful or out.
Here are the game statuses heading into the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff.
QUESTIONABLE
- Patriots: QB Cam Newton (abdomen), RB J.J. Taylor (quadricep), FB Jakob Johnson (knee), WR Matthew Slater (knee), TE Ryan Izzo (hamstring/hand/neck), G Shaq Mason (calf), DT Lawrence Guy (shoulder), DT Adam Butler (shoulder), DT Byron Cowart (back), LB Ja’Whaun Bentley (groin), CB J.C. Jackson (hip/knee), CB Jonathan Jones (neck), S Kyle Dugger (toe), K Nick Folk (back)
- Rams: K Matt Gay (shoulder)
Each of the Patriots’ 14 limited also held that designation on Monday’s estimated injury report and Tuesday’s walkthrough practice at UCLA. They are officially questionable following Wednesday’s prep. Izzo at tight end and Jackson and Jones at cornerback all dealt with injuries during the New England’s 45-0 shutout win over the Los Angeles Chargers last weekend by SoFi Stadium.
As for the Rams’ side of the Week 14 injury report, running back Cam Akers, defensive lineman Michael Brockers and outside linebacker Terrell Lewis all go without a game designation for Thursday night. They had previously been listed as limited while center Brian Allen had been listed as a full availability.
