Cam Newton has joined the Patriots. Dress appropriately!

Even if no pandemic is effecting life in the United States, late June is usually the quietest time on the NFL calendar. The New England Patriots, however, broke the silence on Sunday night when they signed former league MVP Cam Newton to a one-year free agency contract — giving the team a Pro-Bowl-caliber option at the quarterback position in its first year after Tom Brady.

While Newton is no lock to take over for the future Hall of Famer, he does bring an intriguing athletic profile to the table and could very well become the Patriots’ new QB1. His future in New England is yet to be determined, but for now let’s celebrate the team adding the ex-Carolina Panthers QB by dressing appropriately thanks to our friends at Breaking T:
