The New England Patriots will visit the Los Angeles Chargers without Brandon King.

The veteran special-teamer would be ruled out on Friday due to a thigh issue while an additional 14 members of the active roster have been designated as questionable.

And for Los Angeles, Austin Ekeler also checks in as questionable after being sidelined for consecutive practices with a hip issue. The starting running back has accounted for 598 yards from scrimmage and seven touchdowns through 100 touches this season.

Here’s the final injury report heading into Sunday’s 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff at SoFi Stadium.

OUT

Patriots

  • LB Brandon King (thigh)

Chargers

  • no players listed

Sunday will mark the first absence of the fall for King, who had spent the previous two years on injured reserve and physically unable to perform due to a torn quad. The 2015 undrafted arrival out of Auburn has played 150 snaps on special teams — a tally that ranks one behind captain Matthew Slater for the New England lead. The Patriots placed core linebacker Harvey Langi on IR earlier in the week with a sprained MCL.

QUESTIONABLE

Patriots

  • WR Kendrick Bourne (shoulder)
  • TE Jonnu Smith (shoulder)
  • G Shaq Mason (abdomen)
  • C David Andrews (ankle)
  • DT Davon Godchaux (finger)
  • DT Carl Davis (hand)
  • DE Deatrich Wise Jr. (knee)
  • LB Dont’a Hightower (ankle)
  • LB Ja’Whaun Bentley (ribs)
  • LB Josh Uche (shoulder)
  • LB Kyle Van Noy (groin)
  • CB Shaun Wade (concussion)
  • S Kyle Dugger (neck)
  • K Nick Folk (left knee)

Chargers

  • RB Austin Ekeler (hip)
  • LB Drue Tranquill (chest)

Each of New England’s questionable began and ended preparations for Los Angeles as limited participants. Smith at tight end, Mason at right guard and Davis at defensive tackle had all exited midway through last Sunday’s 54-13 win over the New York Jets at Gillette Stadium. Elsewhere, Bourne out wide and Andrews at center were added to the injury report on Wednesday with shoulder and ankle ailments, respectively.
