We kick off the latest installment of Mock Draft Monday with a look at how the first 14 picks could play out. What players are teams targeting, based on need and scuttlebutt? What are some potential trade-up spots if the New England Patriots want to move up for a player, or a quarterback? What could the board potentially look like when they are on the clock at 15?
And perhaps most importantly, would they make a pick?
