After kicking off their preseason with a 22-13 victory over Washington, the New England Patriots returned to the NFC East well, joining the Philadelphia Eagles for joint practices. A week full of competition, set in the city of brotherly love, will come to ahead Thursday night when Bill Belichick’s Patriots take on Nick Sirianni’s Eagles.
