Patriots vs. Saints Friday injury report: Josh Uche among New England’s three questionable

The New England Patriots have listed three players as questionable for Sunday’s matchup with the New Orleans Saints, including Josh Uche.

The sophomore outside linebacker, who stands with three sacks through two games this September, was limited by a back issue during New England’s final practice of the week.

Here’s the final injury report heading into the 1 p.m. ET kickoff at Gillette Stadium.

No members of New England’s active roster have been ruled out for Sunday’s matchup. New Orleans’ McCoy has been. The starting center did not return for practice on Friday after suffering a calf strain five snaps into the season opener. During his absence, 2020 Saints first-round pick Cesar Ruiz has moved over from right guard.

Running back Damien Harris along with veteran linebackers Kyle Van Noy and Matt Judon will go without game designations. Finger, throat and knee injuries has previously been listed for the trio of Patriots starters, respectively. As for the those remaining questionable alongside Uche, Brown last played in Week 1 due to a calf strain that saw him downgraded to out ahead of Week 2. The right tackle finished preparations as limited. And Phillips, who did not practice Thursday nor Friday, is questionable for non-injury reasons. The hybrid safety has played 68 percent of New England’s defensive snaps and intercepted a pass this fall.
