Despite coming off a 10-7 season that saw them return to the playoffs, the New England Patriots have plenty of holes all over their roster that need to be addressed. While some of that process already happened in free agency through re-signings, outside additions and trades, a significant portion of it will likely come through the NFL Draft.

New England is heading into the draft with eight picks in hand and will therefore have plenty of resources at its disposal to continue building the foundation for years to come. And while it remains to be seen who will eventually end up with the Patriots during the draft’s seven rounds and subsequent free agency period, there are plenty of intriguing candidates available.
