With their two joint practices in the books, it is now time for the New England Patriots and Las Vegas Raiders to meet each other in both teams’ preseason finale. The contest at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium will possibly see the Patriots use their starters for the second time this summer, but likely be ruled by backup and roster bubble players yet again.
