QB: Mac Jones, Bailey Zappe, Malik Cunningham
(Mac Jones is the undisputed starter, and Zappe is the backup. Regarding Malik Cunningham, he will make the 53 man roster as the 3rd string, and then Belichick will convert him into a WR next year, when Parker's contract expires IMO.)
RB: Ty Montgomery, James Robinson, Rhamondre Stevenson, Pierre Strong Jr.
(Stevenson is the number 1 back, James Robinson will help take some of that pressure off of him, Pierre Strong is going to be more of a factor next year, because he now has an OC that will make good use of him. Between Harris and Montgomery, Ty is a dangerous RB out of the backfield, and he has ST value, so Bill goes with him.)
WR: Kendrick Bourne, DeVante Parker, Juju Smith-Schuster, Tyquan Thornton, Kayshon Boutte, Demario Douglas, Matthew Slater
(6 WRs on offense might seem like a bit of a stretch, but with Parker and Schuster having injury issues in the past, the Patriots need as much depth as they can get. And who knows, maybe Boutte and Douglas will end up being huge steals? They have the potential, that's for sure.)
TE: Hunter Henry, Mike Gesicki
(2 TE set formation has worked well under O'Brien in the past, and hopefully it will continue to work well this year. Henry and Gesicki are only guaranteed to be on the team this year, and I have a gut feeling that Mike will be the one to stay beyond this season. The Pats will keep a backup TE or two on the PS, in case of an injury to one or both TE.)
OT: Trent Brown, Cole Strange, David Andrews, Michael Onwenu, Jake Andrews, Sidy Sow, Calvin Anderson, Riley Reiff, Antoni Mafi)
(Belichick went out and upgraded the OL by drafting some and signing some, but hiring an actual OL coach is going to help this team in so many ways. Adrian Klemm is an instant upgrade over Matty P as OL coach, and I am confident that this team is going to get back to having a great OL.)
DL: Christian Barmore, Lawrence Guy, Keion White, Davon Godchaux, Daniel Ekuale, Deatrich Wise Jr.
(The DL will be formidable again this year, and hopefully they are able rack up a few more sacks this year!)
MLB: Ja'Whaun Bentley, Jahlani Tavai, Raekwon McMillian
(Bentley leads a group of Middle Linebackers that impressed last year. Hopefully they continue to improve.)
OLB: Matthew Judon, Josh Uche, Marte Mapu, Chris Board, Anfernee Jennings
(Matthew Judon and Josh Uche are set to lead the Outside Linebackers this year, and with the addition of Marte Mapu, they should be even more formidable this year. Chris Board makes the roster due to his value at ST.)
CB: Jonathan Jones, Marcus Jones, Jack Jones, Christian Gonzalez, Myles Bryant, Isaiah Bolden,
(Jonathan, Marcus, and Jack are great CBs, and now with the acquisition of Gonzalez, the Pats CBs are going to be even more elite. Bryant makes the team due to his ability to play Safety. Isaiah Bolden makes it also because of his ST value.)
S: Jalen Mills, Jabrill Peppers, Adrian Phillips, Kyle Dugger, Brendan Schooler
(Mills will be the replacement for McCourty, while Dugger, Peppers, and Phillips continue their roles as SS. Schooler will eventually replace Slater as the ST captain at some point. This position for the Pats has so much depth.)
ST: Bryce Baringer, Joe Cardona, Chad Ryland
(A new Kicker and Punter, hopefully Belichick strikes gold again with these picks!)
