Prime time football has a special atmosphere, especially considering that it attracts a more diverse audience than your typical 1 pm game on Sunday: a lot more people across the country are watching. Among those, at least this Monday night, was Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James.

The future Hall of Famer apparently followed the New England Patriots’ last-second 30-27 victory over the New York Jets, considering that he took to social media after the game to congratulate the Patriots’ quarterback, Cam Newton. James’ message read as follows:

Helluva game @CameronNewton!!!! Big time all night long! Game winning drive to add on to it

Newton and the Patriots offense did indeed have a good game against the Jets, scoring 30 points and setting up the game-winning field goal just as time expired. As a result, New England’s four-game losing streak has now been snapped as the team and its quarterback tasted victory for the third time this season.

Along the way, Newton completed 27 of 35 passing attempts for 274 yards. He also scored a pair of rushing touchdowns.
