The Coronavirus crisis has impacted life all over the United States, and made this year’s college and high school graduations look a lot different: graduation will have to take place in a virtual setting, and the New England Patriots have decided to play a part as well when they released a short video via their social media accounts in honor of the Class of 2020.
The clips, which was published on Monday, features Patriots owner Robert Kraft — accompanied by the six Vince Lombardi Trophies earned by his organization — as well as veteran players Julian Edelman, James White, David Andrews and Devin McCourty.
“I know it’s a little different this year, but it is still a special day for you all and a huge accomplishment in life,” White said during his short appearance in the clip. “I know this is a step in the right direction, so you can achieve all your goals and aspirations.”
