Julian Edelman is entering his 12th season in the NFL as one of the most experienced players on the New England Patriots’ roster, and is projected to serve as the team’s number one wide receiver yet again. As such, he will once more play a big role in the team’s offensive attack and see his usual heavy workload. In order to hold up even at age 34, Edelman therefore continues to follow a strict training regimen.
A training regimen that includes playing cards and tennis balls as a new social media post shared by Bleacher Report shows:
You're not this good for this long on accident @Edelman11

With the Coronavirus pandemic forcing teams to adjust their offseason schedule and cancel minicamp practices, players had to work out on their own or in a virtual setting. As for Edelman, he participated in passing sessions with Patriots quarterbacks Jarrett Stidham and Brian Hoyer and also continued training on his own.
Based on the video above, he appears to be in good shape after undergoing offseason shoulder surgery and another procedure on his knee.
