The New England Patriots played a close game in Week 6, but they were unable to come away victoriously in the end. Now sitting at 2-4 they are looking up in the race for a playoff spot in the AFC.

Luckily, the perfect opportunity to turn things around is waiting in Week 7: the 1-4 New York Jets. While the team should be well-rested coming off its bye, it has struggled so far this season and was blown out by the Patriots just five weeks ago.

Accordingly, the oddsmakers believe that the Patriots will come away victoriously and improve to 3-4 on the season. As of Monday morning, they are listed as 6.5-point favorites, according to DraftKings Sportsbook. The over/under has been set at 43.

New England won the first meeting between the two teams 25-6 on the road. The defense picked quarterback Zach Wilson off four times, with Nick Folk kicking four field goals. The offense was up-and-down except for a highlight-reel touchdown run by Damien Harris, but it should be able to find success after a generally encouraging performance on Sunday.
